SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (including District of Columbia) on orders over $35.00.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (including District of Columbia and excluding Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally at this time, nor do we ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders’ addresses.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
We ship domestically within the contiguous United States using USPS Priority Mail. The flat shipping rate is $9.95 on orders under $35.00. Once we receive your order, you can expect us to process it within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days (excluding holidays).
Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any modifications, changes or cancellations to your order or address. We do not take responsibility for any stolen or lost packages. Please reach out directly to USPS for such issues. We also are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances out of our control.
