RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. Please note that we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns. We are unable to refund your original shipping costs and any mushee treats™ loyalty rewards redeemed, if applicable.


Skincare

To be eligible for a return, the skincare item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase from musheecosmetics.com.

Clothing

To be eligible for a return, the clothing item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase from musheecosmetics.com.

Accessories

To be eligible for a return, the accessories item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase from musheecosmetics.com.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNED ITEMS

To start a return, you must contact us. Include your order number and the reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Please note that you responsible for the return shipping costs and the safe return of the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES OR DEFECTS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Please include the following details in your email:

- Image of the item/package(s) received

- Name of the item

- Order number

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on free gifts and sale items.

TIMEFRAME FOR REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded your order total to your original payment method (minus original shipping costs and return shipping costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Once the refund has been approved, any mushee treats™ Loyalty Rewards obtained from the purchase of the refunded item will be removed.
