Orders
Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an email containing the details of your order, including your order number.
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept Afterpay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, and ShopPay.
We don’t at the moment, but hopefully someday in the future!
Unfortunately, we cannot make any modifications, changes or cancellations to your order or address once an order has been placed. Since we are not liable or responsible for any stolen or lost packages, or for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided, we highly advise you to review your bag and shipping details before you place your order.
Sorry, we do not send out samples.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (including District of Columbia and excluding Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories). We cannot accept orders that are billed and shipped to PO boxes or freight forwarders’ addresses.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time, but we hope to one day in the future!
We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States (including District of Columbia) on orders over $35.00. There is a flat rate of $9.95 on orders under $35.00.
Once we receive your order, you can expect us to process it within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped out, you can expect your order to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days (excluding holidays).
We ship domestically within the United States using USPS Priority Mail.
You can track your order by using the tracking number you receive via email. You will receive this tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
We apologize for any delays with your order delivery, and we thank you for your patience. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, some deliveries may be delivered outside normal delivery times.
We do not offer specific time slots for our deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, you can try reaching out to the shipping carrier to see if they can arrange a delivery during your preferred time slot.

Returns
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return. However, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs and any mushee treats™ Loyalty Rewards redeemed, if applicable. Also note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the safe return of the item. Please see our Return Policy for further details.
To start a return, please contact us by including your order number and the reason for return and we will be more than happy to help! One of our team members will follow up with you and provide further instructions if your return is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded your order total to your original payment method (minus original shipping costs and return shipping costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Once the refund has been approved, any mushee treats™ Loyalty Rewards obtained from the purchase of the refunded item will be removed.
We apologize for this inconvenience. Upon reception of your order, if any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and include an image of the item/package(s) received, name of the item, and your order number. We will evaluate and correct the issue as best we can.

All our skincare products are proudly made in the USA! We use domestic and imported ingredients.

Nope! mushee cosmetics is 100% cruelty-free and vegan because we believe that the use of animals in the beauty industry has no place in our modern world.
Yes, all our skincare products are free of parabens and sulfates! They are also silicone and gluten-free!
Every skincare product has an expiration date on the bottom of the product.
Most of our products are 100% safe for those who are pregnant and breastfeeding. However, we recommend skipping out on: I’ll Mist You More Nourishing Face Mist due to the mandelic acid (an alpha hydroxy acid or AHA – while AHAs are gentler than beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) and are considered low to no risk during pregnancy and breastfeeding, we mention it because it is a chemical exfoliator), and Youthiful Gentle Retinoid Serum because of the retinyl palmitate. With this being said, please consult with your healthcare provider to get safety information about any skincare product and ingredient.

Yes, our mushee™ Original Vegan Leather Keycharm is 100% vegan. It is made from 100% polyurethane leather, so no animals were harmed in the making!

Five Tree Mission
